I'm Tracy ko and I'm 17 years old this year. I love dancing, reading novels and writing diaries. Sunflowers and lavenders are my favourite flowers as they gave me a sense of peaceful feeling. Roses are lovable as well! I need to consume something sweet whenever I'm feeling down because sweet things generally makes me feel better. I have a great affinity for dogs and I'm hoping to get one soon. I love the colour, pink very much and also, colours which are claming to the eyes. I think that my mum has gotta be the best mum in the world and I'm so thankful to god for having such a great mum! I love my family too! I'm also a mummy's girl! I have awesome friends like my clique, 'Sauces' for instance! If I have an opportunity, I would like to travel all around the world. Lastly, I would like to live my life to the fullest.

I was watching some video clips in Youtube and I happened to find some pretty sad ones about love. So, today, I'm gonna talk about moving on after a break up!

Having a happy ending with someone you love so much is the best happiness anyone would hope for.

However, falling out of love is the worst feeling anyone would wanna feel.

People who have fallen out of love, please do not give up on love!
Please do not be traumatised by your past love either.

Love is something magical and sweet when you're with the right person.

If you're with the wrong person, get over it and move on despite the fact that you love him/her so much..

Tips for moving on:

1: Accept that the relationship is over.
Face the reality/truth.

2: Do not stalk them in face book, twitter or even, blogs! Do not interfere in their lives anymore.
Because if you do, you would find it harder to move on.

3: Put away or throw away the things he/she gave you.
You never want to see things that would remind you of him/her.

4: Give yourself time to heal.
Whilst you are recovering from a broken heart, DO NOT jump into a new relationship soon. Do not have the mindset that if you are together with someone new, he/she would definitely be able to heal your broken heart. THIS IS A BIG NO-NO THING TO DO!! You have not forget your past love and you would only be capable of bringing more hurt to this new relationship.
Get into a new relationship till you get over your past love.

5: Find a pair of listening ears!
In this toughest period, you would definitely need someone to talk to!
Thus, let that someone be your best friend, family members, relatives, school counsellor or anyone you would feel better in talking to! You need to let your feelings out rather than bottling them up into your heart. As this would only make you feel more worst.

6: Get yourself busy!
You have to be busy in order not to think of him/her. When you're busy, there isn't any time to think of them. And also, time passes fast! When you have nothing to do, you would definitely tend to think about them and when you do that, you be bringing yourself immense heart pain.
Thus, get yourself a temporary job, hang out with your friends, spend more time with your family or even do some volunteering jobs!

I hope that those aforementioned tips that I've written do help!
I have been through a break up and I know how it feels.
Because of that, I became mature and even a stronger person.
Thus, a break up is a challenge for anyone to grow mature and even stronger!
Nonetheless, if anyone need someone to talk to,
I would be more than willing to be your pair of listening ears!
